This website, bap-software.com, is operated by BAP Software Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in Ireland. You can reach us at info@bap-software.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. Our products Chat Tree, Rapid Cart and Pick To Sell each have their own privacy policy, published on their respective sites.
What we collect
- Contact form and email. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you send, and we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising trackers on this site and we do not set analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the font files are requested.
Why we use it
We use your contact details only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and you may object to its processing. Email info@bap-software.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
